Sarah Hasan & Gideon Wilk are partners at CloudStreet Partners LLC. They are passionate entrepreneurs with a proven track record of operating businesses to deliver on profit and growth, while also delivering excellent customer service and building a growth culture where employees can deliver their limitless potential.
Sarah
Sarah has had the privilege of experiencing numerous transformational opportunities in her corporate career across 3 Fortune 500 companies. She grew up aspiring to be a technology-driven business leader and fast-tracked herself across the corporate spectrum into challenging leadership roles that involved managing P&L’s from $40 million USD to $350 million USD.
In 2017, she left behind a rich and familiar corporate career to make a courageous leap from enterprise to entrepreneurship. She immersed into working with SME executives to help them refine strategies, optimize operations, and enhance organizational culture. She also serves (pro bono) in the Stanford University STP program to coach CEO’s in new economies.
Sarah has an AMP from Harvard Business School and a Bachelors and Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, USA.
Sarah is passionate about simplicity, harmony, and opportunity and believes that effectively leading people and strategically influencing and serving customers are crucial factors for driving a company towards a profitable outcome. She looks forward to acquiring a company with Gideon, where she can continue to serve her life’s purpose and passion for strategy, business growth and people development. Outside of work she loves traveling, arts, archery & spending time with her family & friends, specially her 6 year old nephew Anfal.
Gideon
A fourth-generation entrepreneur, Gideon grew up watching his father run the 400-person niche technology services company he founded. Starting from Gideon's very first lemonade stand, he went about building his educational and professional experiences with the ultimate goal of running a business.
Over the past 14 years, Gideon has built digital products, driven operational improvements, invested in niche B2B product companies as a venture capitalist, and led organizational change across a Fortune 500 services organization. Most recently as Director of Special Projects, he generated ideas and executed cross-departmental programs to support senior executives, giving him a top-down view of the ins and outs of various functions, processes and cultures, and most importantly, the daily life and challenges of a CEO. He is now ready to dive into a partnership with Sarah and a network of trusted investors to search for and acquire a profitable company in a niche industry.
Gideon holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor of applied science in industrial engineering from the University of Toronto. He is passionate about systems thinking and does not hesitate to apply his analytical and computing skills to assist his teams, friends and family to bring about improvements. Outside of work, Gideon is dad to two young boys, husband to his supportive and encouraging wife, and an amateur musician who has performed seven piano concertos.
